Diagnostic Privacy Notice
The free diagnostic requires no account, email address or business name. Your selected answers are sent over HTTPS to generate results. Saving a baseline is optional.
What is processed
The scoring request contains your 12 selected answers, the terms version you accepted and, if one is saved and valid, your earlier baseline answers and their date for comparison. The application does not ask for names, documents, payment details or free-text business records.
Scoring and retention
The server processes those answers to return a snapshot and comparison. The application’s scoring code does not write submitted answers or reports to a database, create a customer profile, or intentionally log answer contents. The page keeps your current answers in memory while it remains open. Closing or reloading it clears those current answers unless you have explicitly saved a baseline.
This site uses ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Hosting services may process request and traffic metadata for service operation, security and analytics under their own policies. This notice describes the application’s handling; it does not promise that hosting providers retain no service logs.
Optional baseline
When you select “Save as my baseline,” your answers and the date are stored in this browser on this device. They are sent with a later completed assessment to calculate your requested comparison. There is no automatic cloud account synchronization. You can remove the saved baseline with “Remove saved baseline” in the results or through your browser’s site-data controls. On a shared device, other people using the same browser profile may be able to access the saved baseline.
Your reports
Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy you control. No report is automatically emailed or sent to a consultant. If you separately choose to contact Thrive Hub, the information you send in that communication is separate from the anonymous diagnostic and can be used to respond to your inquiry.
Your choices and contact
You can leave before submitting, choose not to save a baseline, delete a baseline and avoid sharing a report. Contact info@thrive-hubllc.com with privacy questions or requests. Because the diagnostic does not create identified records, Thrive Hub may be unable to associate an anonymous scoring request with you. Do not send confidential records to identify a request.
