Diagnostic Terms of Use

1. Permission to use

Thrive Hub LLC gives you a limited, non-exclusive permission to complete the hosted Phase 01 diagnostic and use your individual results for internal business evaluation. You may print or save your report and share it within the assessed organization or with its professional advisers for that evaluation. Keep the Thrive Hub identification, ownership notice and assessment limitations on any shared copy.

2. Ownership and reserved rights

Thrive Hub reserves rights in its eligible original questionnaire wording, presentation, illustrations, software and report templates. Using the diagnostic does not transfer ownership of these materials or grant permission to operate a competing copy. The Thrive Hub name and branding identify the provider; no right to use them to endorse another product or service is granted.

This reservation does not claim exclusive ownership of general business ideas, methods, unprotectable material or professional standards. CIPS and other third parties retain their own rights. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses. No trademark registration or third-party endorsement is represented by this notice.

3. Uses requiring permission

Except with Thrive Hub’s written permission or where applicable law permits, you may not:

• Copy, publish or redistribute the questionnaire, illustrations, software or report templates as a separate product or service.
• Rebrand, resell, sublicense or commercially distribute the diagnostic or present it as your own assessment.
• Use automated bulk extraction, scraping or repeated automated submissions to reproduce the tool or its content.
• Remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access to non-public systems.

These conditions do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be restricted. Contact info@thrive-hubllc.com for licensing or permissions.

4. Your answers and data

You retain your rights in information you provide. You authorize its processing to generate your requested assessment and, if supplied, a comparison with your saved baseline. Only provide information you are authorized to use. The questionnaire does not require names, documents, passwords, payment information or detailed financial records. See the Diagnostic Privacy Notice for how answers and local baselines are handled.

5. Meaning of the results

The diagnostic is an initial, self-reported snapshot for discussion and investigation. It is not an audit, certification, legal or financial advice, or a substitute for a professional review of evidence. The 100% benchmark is Thrive Hub’s aspirational reference, informed by selected CIPS themes; it is not a measured score from leading organizations or a CIPS assessment or endorsement. No particular business result, completeness or accuracy is guaranteed. Confirm findings before making decisions.

6. Availability and future phases

Only the free Phase 01 assessment is available through this tool. The proposed deeper phases are in development and cannot currently be purchased or accessed here. Any future paid service will require separate terms and authorized access. Thrive Hub may update the tool or restrict misuse. Existing report limitations and ownership notices continue to apply to retained reports.

7. Changes, applicable rights and contact

The version shown here applies when you agree and submit your assessment. Material changes will require acceptance of the updated version for a new submission. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
